Our COVID-19 Response

In order to support and assist with government and community orders, and to best consider the health and safety of our employees and customers, our operations at Mid America Tile will continue to run on a modified schedule. This includes:

Regular showroom hours:

• Elk Grove Village:
  • 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
  • 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Saturday)
• Romeoville:
  • 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
  • 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Saturday)

Advance appointments are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. PPE also will be required. The door will be locked when capacity has been reached, and unlocked when we are able to allow customer entrance.

Customer Service hours:

In order to maintain a safe working environment for our employees and customers, we will be restricting the customer service area to 2 customers at a time. Customers will also be required to wear appropriate PPE. 

We will be happy to deliver samples to wherever you may be working!

• You may also call or email our Customer Service team.

We encourage advance ordering, via email or phone, and will continue to offer curbside delivery (see below). 

• Customer service will call you when the order is ready to pick up.
• Let us know when you arrive! We can bring your order to you.
• Please make credit card payments over the phone, when possible.
